Typically the Host is required to pay the Trainers expenses including but not limited to:
~ Traveling expenses (flights, car rental, lodging, food, etc.)
~ Trainers Teaching Fee
~ Training Space Rental
~ Event Promotion
~ Handling of Registration
~ Food & Lodging
~ Rental Car, etc.
Maria covers all these expenses and relies on the Host
to promote the training to their community
and register a minimum of 5 students.
Maria has various upfront expenses including thousands of dollars to book the Rental Space in advance.

Commitment investment
1- A Non-Refundable Commitment Investment of $500 is required to accept you as a Host.
STUDENTS
1- The training requires a minimum of 5 students and a maximum of 15.
In the event there is a waiting list, Maria of OURO LLC will return for another Training at a mutually
agreed upon date.
PAYMENT
1- Full Payment needs to be completed by students 6 weeks before training date or training
will be cancelled/ re-scheduled.
REFERRAL FEE
1- Host will receive 10% of full tuition from each student the host personally enrolls but not all who enroll
in the class.

2- Host will be given a personal "SHARE THE LOVE" Referral Code to track their referrals.
Referral's Code will be sent to host after host sends Deposit.
3- Using a specific Referral Code on all promotional materials that are distributed through the host will make
possible to track which students register through their promotion.
​
4- The student is required to enter the Referral Code in the Registration Form.
After Registration closes, Maria of Ouro LLC will send host a list of all the students registered highlighting the
ones who registered using the Host's Referral Code.
​
5- Host's 10% referral fee will be sent within two weeks after full payment is received and registration closes
for that training. Payment will be sent through PayPal unless host and Ouro LLC agree on a different
payment method.

1- Host shall obtain and maintain in force a policy of insurance issued by an insurer in the
state where the Training is held naming Ouro LLC as an additional insured. (more info below in
Host Agreements).

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
SPACE RENTAL
Maria will pay for rental space. Research and locate a space. Please send photos of the space and surrounding area. Space must be approved by Maria before booking.
1- A beautiful, bright, peaceful space conducive to a superb learning experience.
A beautiful environment is the foundation of all my offerings.
2- Training space should be a minimum of 750 square feet for a minimum of 6 students including host.
3- Separate space for serving meals.
Catered - all lunches and 2 special dinners are included.
4- Beautiful, peaceful space for Maria’s breaks. Complete privacy needed.
5- Comfortable chairs for all day seating.
6- Tables:
Table for Snacks (We will have organic snacks, tea, water available all day)
Table for selling products
Table for creation of an Altar (will be set for the entirety of the Training)
7- No smoking, pet free, allergy free, noise free (very important).
8 - Gardens or close to Nature would be ideal.
SPACE RENTAL OPTIONS
Maria will pay for rental space. These are some options for researching and choosing a space. Space Rental needs to be approved by Maria.
Host will research and locate a space which meets the requirements as indicated below.
Host will send photos of the space and surrounding area. Space must be approved by Ouro LLC before booking.
1- Airbnb or Boutique B&B.
2- Retreat Center where we can have privacy and be isolated from other groups.
3- A beautiful, peaceful, large, private home that can accommodate a group.
Someone interested in becoming a Certified SCP that will offer their home in exchange for a discount (TBD)
on the tuition or we could rent it to hold the training.
No smoking, pet free, allergy free, noise free (very important).
4- I am open to your creative suggestions to find a magnificent space for our trainings.
Let me know what you have in mind.

CATERER
Maria will pay for catering. Research and find a caterer. Caterer must be approved by Maria.
Host is responsible for researching and confirming a caterer who meets the requirements as specified below.
1- Professional Personal Chef with experience in creating excellent quality vegetarian meals and sugar free
desserts. Exquisitely beautiful presentation.
TRAINING
1- Host is required to help Maria of Ouro LLC set up the day before and assist during the Training whenever
needed or in case of an emergency.
2- Host is required to keep the space clear and clean including kitchen & bathrooms throughout the Training.
3- Host is required to help Maria of Ouro LLC clear the space the day after the Training is over.
PROMOTION & ADVERTISING
Maria will pay for printing. Host is responsible for the printing of the promotional materials.
Printing quality and paper must be approved by Maria before you print any materials.
1- Maria will supply Host with beautiful digital samples of the promotional materials (flyers, etc.)
2- Host is responsible for promoting the training in the area through FB Events, FB Posts,
Free and Paid Advertising in Magazines, Newspapers, Radio, TV, and any other means available.
3- When marketing it must be clear that the organization is hosting the training with a certified SC Trainer
and it is not their program.

SOUL COACHING® OFFICIAL KITS
1- Host will receive a shipment from the Soul Coaching® International Institute
containing the official Soul Coaching® Manuals, notepads, pens and flash drives.
Host needs to keep Kits in a safe place for up to 6 weeks. (We are required to order the Kits 6
weeks in advance).
The Soul Coaching® Official Kits are propriety of the Soul Coaching® Institute and Maria McGonigal.
Host is responsible for replacing Soul Coaching® Official Kits if lost or damaged.
Host do not get to retain any extra student kits or other materials.
P.S. Manuals are approximately 11"wide X 11" high x 3" thick and about 5 pounds.
This is a beautiful, deluxe Manual.

SOUL COACHING® EXTRA MATERIALS
2- Receive and hold in safe place shipment from Maria with extra materials necessary for the Training.
Host is responsible for replacing all materials if lost or damaged.
Host do not get to retain any extra materials.
3- Host is required to shop for materials for the creation of Vision Boards including:
Poster board, Scissors, Glue Sticks, magazines to be used for cutting images/ text, etc.
(new or used if available).
White canvas for the creation of a unique collective art piece that represents the energy of the group.
Maria will pay for all materials.
4- Host is required to purchase fresh flowers and care for them daily during the Training.
Maria will pay for flowers.

SOUL COACHING® COPYRIGHT SYMBOL
1- Very Important! Soul Coaching® is a registered trademark.
This allows each authorized Soul Coaching® Practitioner the ability to be recognized for their certification in
this process, and also means that others who have not been certified cannot use this mark.
In order to protect our trademark, it is essential that each Soul Coaching® Practitioner use the ® symbol in
conjunction with the words Soul Coaching®.
This should occur on your website, your brochures or any other media that you use the words Soul Coaching®.

Soul Coaching® ALWAYS needs an ® after it. i.e. : Soul Coaching®
-
Do not add anything in front of the Soul Coaching® (We can lose our trademark if you do this.)
For example, ‘Radiant Soul Coaching®’ is not permitted. -
No websites should be registered with the term soulcoaching, such as www.magnificentsoulcoaching.com or www.soulcoachingservices.com
host agreements
1- The Host agrees and acknowledges that they DO NOT OWN any of the rights to
Soul Coaching®, that they are not a provider of Soul Coaching® certification
programs, and they only have the rights to use the copyrighted logos and materials in the
marketing and support of Ouro LLC training delivered by Maria McGonigal.
​
2- The Host agrees and acknowledges that the Soul Coaching® students are Students of Ouro LLC,
and that Maria/Ouro LLC will have the registration list information, and ability to contact the
students prior to the start of the course.
3- The Host agrees and acknowledges that Maria/Ouro LLC will be the primary contact for the
students before, during and after the course.
4- The Host agrees and acknowledges that while Maria may use the Host's assistance in setting up the
e-group or other distance support for the 28-day online program, this program must run outside
the Host organization’s internal online system of communication, enabling Maria to maintain
contact with the students regardless of the status with the Host organization.
5- The Host understands that they graduate as a Soul Coaching® Practitioner, and cannot be
Trainers of new students at this time.
Becoming a Soul Coaching® Practitioner is the first step to becoming an Advanced Soul
Coaching® Practitioner and eventually down the road a Soul Coaching® Master Practitioner &
Trainer.
6- Host shall obtain and maintain in force a policy of insurance issued by an insurer in the
state where the Training is held naming Ouro LLC as an additional insured.
This insurance must provide coverage of at least $500,000 per person and $1,000,000 per
occurrence for the injury or death of any person and $100,000 for damage to property that results
directly or indirectly from any intentional or negligent act or omission of Host’s officers, employees,
agents, invitees, or contractors during the time or times they are on property or in facilities
contracted by Host or Ouro LLC for the purpose of holding the Soul Coaching Practitioner
Certification Training.
~ A Contract must be signed by both parties to seal these agreements.
